Really lovely overall experience. The venue is fairly clean, with good location next to Bourbon or Frenchmen Street and Melrose Mansion and Royal Street shops and Bourbon Street bars. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a kitchen and a balcony in the room. A lot of outstanding food for meals. The pool area is great too. Late check-out.

With 14 rooms, this is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. I really loved this place! It's in a great location (3-min walk to Bourbon St) in the French Quarter. Beautiful! We stayed in 2 different suites - the Donecia was the best! Private balcony (the one in front), separate shower and jacuzzi. The Prince Edward was nice too - separate sitting room, shared balcony, and jacuzzi tub/shower combo. In short, this place was amazing!
There is no parking available, despite several websites that say there is. If you get really lucky (we didn't), you can find parking on the street. We parked in a lot that was about a 7-min walk away (cost was anywhere from $18-$25/day, depending on the lot you select). I don't blame the hotel for this, but it definitely needs to be pointed out if you plan to stay here.

Nice room & romantic
There is absoulutely no parking. For the price there should be parking where the customers feel that their vehicle is safe.

The restoration and beauty of the hotel and facilities, and the location between the quarter and Frenchman
Stay was too short.

This hotel was a nice surprise. It has been recently purchased and beautifully refurbished. The staff wasvery friendly and helpful. The wine and cheese was a nice touch too
Breakfasst was uninspired. The $150 security deposit was a surprise. Parking on side streets in 2 hr zones made me nervous about towing to ticketing, but the city wasn't enforcing this.
